03. Personal Histories
Born out of love and personal connection, this service is dedicated to narrating family histories while creating the perfect memento.
When Penelope lost her grandmother she was left with boxes of family pictures. Torn between binning and keeping, it became apparent that sorting these out while her grandmother was alive was a missed opportunity both to spend time with her, but also in finding out more about her own family history.
Seeing an opportunity to help others avoid the same experience, Penelope has worked with clients, editing more than 3000 pictures to create personal albums. Each album is curated to reflect the personality and life story of the client. The end product tells the story and the evolution of a family’s life, while becoming a treasured keepsake for future generations.
Penelope collaborates with writers, bookbinders, printers, graphic designers and illustrators in order to offer the most personalised service.
